Accounts & Rates

Account types and Rate structures:

• Conservation Account: There is a base rate of $64.00 and a $16.00 surcharge with an allotment of 700 units or 7000 gallons of water a month. (As of right now this only available for members with a 5/8 meter)

• Family Conservation Account: There is a base rate of $75.00 and a $16.00 surcharge with an allotment of 130 units or 1300 gallons of water.

• 5/8" Meter Account : There is a base rate of $79.00  and a $16.00 surcharge with an allotment of 200 units or 20000 gallons of water.

• 1" Meter Account : There is a base rate of $121.00 and a $16.00 surcharge with an allotment 250 units or 25000 gallons of water.

• 2" Meter Account : There is a base rate of $242.00 and a $16.00 surcharge with an allotment of 250 units or 25000 gallons of water.

• Units over base : For every unit (100 gallons) over the allotted amount there will be a charge of $0.60 .

• Standby Rate : rate charged to members whose water has been shut off for nonpayment.
